Northern Illinois University College of Law invites applications for the position of Assistant Dean, Director of Career Opportunities & Professional Development, with a preferred start date of May 1 (flexible, but no later than July 1).
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Dean. The Assistant Dean oversees the College’s compliance with ABA accreditation standards, including ABA Standard 508, by ensuring the availability, quality, and effectiveness of career counseling and placement services for our students and alumni. The position plays a central role in shaping employment outcomes, strengthening employer and alumni partnerships, and advancing innovative professional development initiatives across the College.
